What is the minimum wholesale order?

Opening-order requirements are confirmed with your wholesale quote. Share your estimated quantity and delivery location in the form so we can discuss the right ordering options.

Can I request samples?

Tell us in the form if you’d like to discuss samples. Sample availability, any costs, and shipping arrangements are confirmed before anything is sent.

How are shipping and lead times determined?

Your wholesale quote will confirm shipping or freight charges, product availability, and lead times for your order. Consumer website shipping rates do not apply as a wholesale freight quote.

What product information can I request?

Include any requirements for ingredient information, nutrition facts, shelf-life details, UPCs, case dimensions, or pallet specifications in your inquiry so we can address your buying team’s needs before you order.

What is the shelf life of your bottled tea?

Our bottled tea has a two-year shelf life unopened and is shelf-stable. Follow the package storage directions and best-by date, and refrigerate after opening. The two-year shelf life is not a guarantee of two years remaining at delivery; ask about best-by dates for your order.
