Our teas are real-brewed using premium tea leaves and filtered water. Our sweetened teas contain pure cane sugar; our Unsweetened Black Tea has no added sugar. Ingredients vary by variety, so check each product’s label for its complete ingredient list.

Raspberry, Mango, Strawberry, Watermelon, Lemon, Hibiscus, Orange, Blueberry, Blackberry, and Half & Half Sweet Tea Lemonade each have 160 calories and 45g total sugars, including 44g added sugars.

How long does your tea stay fresh?

Follow the best-by date and storage instructions printed on each product’s packaging. Unopened bottled tea is shelf-stable. After opening, refrigerate the bottle and follow its label for how soon to finish it. The unopened shelf life does not apply after the seal is broken. For tea bags, follow the best-by date and brewing directions on the package.

How should I store your products?

Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. You can chill them before serving, but unopened shelf-stable bottles do not require refrigeration. Refrigerate after opening and keep the bottle closed between servings.

What's your shipping policy?

Standard shipping within the United States costs $7.95 per 12-pack case. Product prices are listed separately, and shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days after receipt of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. This is processing time, not delivery time.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and delays can occur during holidays or busy periods.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

How do I brew iced tea with your tea bags?

Use one family-size tea bag to make one gallon of iced tea. Each 10-count package makes 10 gallons. Follow the brewing instructions on your package for water temperature and steeping time, then sweeten to taste if desired. Refrigerate the brewed tea and serve over ice.
