Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States costs $7.95 per 12-pack case. Product prices are listed separately, and shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days after receipt of the order, excluding weekends and holidays. This is processing time, not delivery time.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, and delays can occur during holidays or busy periods.

Returns and order issues

Because our products are food and beverages, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when available. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

You do not need to send products back unless our team gives you instructions to do so.

Refunds

We will notify you whether a refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us with your order number.
